Planning
Planning applications are determined by the District Council, and Parish Councils along with members of the public are invited to comment on applications within their Parish and are given 21 days to respond to applications received.

While the overall decision to a planning application is made by the District Council , the Parish Councils knowledge of the area and a knowledge of the planning process means their views will be taken into account as long as the Parish Council can provide valid material considerations.

Members of the public can submit their own comments and details of how to do this can be found on the District Council's website.

Details of all planning applictions can be found by following the link below to District Council’s website together with any comments submitted by the Parish Council or by reading the planning meeting minutes.
