Tree Preservation Orders

There are several Tree Preservation Orders in force in Tasburgh which effect trees at the following sites:

Land off Valley Road
Burrfeld Park, Low Road

Church Road

Pilgrims Cottage Low Road

The Limes Low Road

Boundary Slopes White Willows (Chestnut Road and Oak Close Estate), part 1part 2

Land behind Superior Garden Buildings, part 1part 2

The full orders can be viewed by clicking on the links above.

Work on these trees cannot be carried out without prior permission from South Norfolk Council.

Tasburgh Parish Council took the decision of publishing these orders to help prevent the unlawful felling of trees in the Parish. It is understood that if trees are in immediate danger, and it is not possible to contact South Norfolk Council, Norfolk Police would take action if they were given a copy of the order. Publishing the orders in this way allows any Parishioner to take such action.
